All items are custom-made to your order. If you wish to return your item, you will receive a store credit for future purchases.
- 14-day return policy, with means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return
- Return shipping fees are responsibility of the customer
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unused, and in its original packaging
- To start a return you can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the reason for your return. Items sent back without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
- If the refund was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. To receive a replacement, please include a photo of the damaged or defective item and the shipping materials it arrived in.
Please contact me within 2 hours if you placed an order and wish to cancel. I process your orders quickly to have custom-made and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order is in production, I cannot cancel your order.
